On December 2nd, 2021, the two founding partners of [I disappear], Aitor Susaño and Sergi Ferran, personally collected the first prize in the Energy Efficiency and Sustainability category at the Emprèn Impulsa awards organized by the Diputació de Tarragona.
The Emprèn Impulsa awards were held at the recently inaugurated Centre d’Innovació i Formació Boca de la Mina in Reus and reward new business projects born in the Camp de Tarragona, Terres de l’Ebre, and Baix Penedès regions.
The awards ceremony was led by the president of the Diputació de Tarragona, Noemí Llauradó, and the deputy for Employment and Entrepreneurship, Carme Ferrer. The winning projects will receive a cash prize of 4,000 euros to advance their project, as well as personalized advisory services from the technical team of the Diputació and collaborating entities.
At I disappear, we are very grateful for this second recognition in such a short time, as it is an acknowledgement of our company’s commitment to continue growing the project, because the best way to recycle plastic is not to produce it.
